How long is my gift certificate valid?

Our gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to find the perfect plushie or wait for a specific seasonal workshop that catches your eye!

Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To keep our classes small and personalized, we reserve a dedicated seat and prep a custom kit of yarn and supplies just for you.

  • Rescheduling: Requests made at least 48 hours in advance will incur a small $10 transfer fee.
  • Late Changes: Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $20 fee to cover prepped materials and the reserved time slot.
  • No-Shows: Classes are non-refundable if missed without prior notice

Can I use my gift card for both classes and physical items?

Yes! Your gift card acts like cash in our shop. You can use a portion for a class registration on Eventbrite and the rest for a plushie or yarn in the shop

Where can I redeem my gift certificate?

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique gift card code. To book a class, simply visit our Eventbrite platform and enter this code at checkout to apply your balance. If you have any trouble applying your code, feel free to contact us or visit the shop!
