- Digital Patterns: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales on PDF crochet patterns are final. Returns and exchanges not accepted once the file has been delivered.
- Physical Plushies & Handmade Items: At this time, returns and exchanges are not automatically accepted. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out to us at stitchedbystephanie@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at stitchedbystephanie@gmail.com with a description and clear photos of the issue.
We will do our best to offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the same item (if available)
- Store credit toward a future purchase
- A refund, only if the item cannot be replaced
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in the case of damaged or defective products that cannot be replaced.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval and will be credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed to the carrier. If your order is delayed, please check with the shipping provider first. If needed, contact us and we'll do our best to help track your package.
